Below are some findings from a recent online contest that was tracked
using our Learn & React ™ system.
Findings:

Refer-A-Friend component of online contest increased sign-ups by over
48%.

HTML emails performed twice as well as text-based, in terms of
conversion
rate (6.81% vs. 3.42%).

Mention of an Incentive (Prize) resulted in better conversion rates
(9.69%
vs. 3.66%).
Results:
By analyzing contest data in real time, we were able to improve the
conversion rate from the first mailing to the fourth by 611%, exceeding
overall campaign objectives.
